Position: Product Specialists
Job Description
? Coordinates and provides technical solutions / problems solving on customer issues in collaboration with Field Service Engineer in China (2nd level support)
? Conducts evaluations, benchmarks and demos
? Establishes good customer relationship with all key accounts assigned
? Conducts feasibility studies and sample bonding
? Troubleshoots and maintains demo equipment if necessary
? Collects process / production / competitor data at customer site
? Build-up strong technical know-how on product / problem solving via structured knowledge transfer between the Product Line, the R&D team and the different regional support centers
? Conducts training on existing and future FC platforms to FSE’s and customers
? Helps defining SW requirements for new modules and features (Requirement Engineering)
Education
? Minimum 5 years of experience as a support engineer
? Experience within semiconductor backend industry
? Diploma or degree in Engineering
Work experience
? Minimum 5 years of experience as a support engineer
? Experience within semiconductor backend industry
Expertise and methodology
(business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.)
? Good PC, MS-Office knowledge
? Very good command of English (spoken & written)
? Good command of Chinese (spoken & written) is an asset
Other requirement criteria
(personal related competence as social competence, management competence, strategic competence, etc.)
? Very strong analytical skills
? Good behavior in customer relations
? Intercultural understanding
? Travel readiness up to____40__%__
