职位描述：
1.直接报告总经理
2.主导先期产品质量策划
3.主导进料、制程和成品的质量检验和保证
4.主导质量标准、检验方案、检验方法及记录的制定
5.主导不合格品的处置
6.参与供货商/外包商的选择、认证、评价，主导供货商/外包商的质量审核
7.监督质量管理体系的完善，推动质量管理体系内审及管理评审
8.主导客户品质服务及相关外部联络
9.主导实验室、检验设备和计量器具的管理
10.负责组织公司质量例会
11.推进公司内部品质持续改善活动
12.上司交办的其它事项
任职要求：
1.8年以上电子制造型企业质量管理经验，含5年以上团队管理经验
2.熟悉质量管理相关体系标准
3.英语听说读写能力佳
4.较强的责任感及执行力，积极推进工作，沟通协作能力强 举报 分享
