职位描述：
Summary of role:
1. Working closely with the Supply Chain Development group within NOV PFT, co-coordinating and being responsible for industrial parts and oil& gas products outsourcing activity and quality control within China for supply to the NOV PFT Group of companies worldwide.

职责/ Responsibilities：
1. Source and qualify manufactured component suppliers, mainly for casting, forging, fabrication and machining parts.
2. Work closely with Engineering and Procurement Groups on establishing new product supply chains and troubleshooting vendor issues.
3. Quality Control for product supply from China, inspection records and non-conformance resolution with vendors.
4. Conduct technical evaluation and qualification of outsourced components locally.
5. Work closely with NOV PFT companies on co-ordination of orders for export.
6. Carry out cost control and annual negotiation with robust cost analysis and negotiation skills.
7. Supplier management--Domestic and Foreign travel will be required from time to time.
8. Other responsibilities assigned by Superior.
9. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

要求/Requirement:
1. Strong technical or manufacturing background, degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
2. Familiar with international material standards, (e.g. ASTM, AISI, API)
3. Experienced in working to ISO 9000 and Quality control practices.
4. Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, technical specifications.
5. Familiar with metal machining, fabrication, forging and casting techniques.
6. At least three years relevant working experience in a related Industry.
7. Proven track record in qualifying vendors, including foundries, machines shops, mechanical/electrical equipment suppliers, fabrication shops, forging suppliers.
8. Knowledge of Chinese mechanical equipment market, ideally oil and gas.
9. Experience in localizing component manufacturing and sourcing.
10. Good price negotiation skills, Good awareness of market pricing and commercial awareness.
11. Familiar with Import/Exports policies and logistics
