Position Description

-Expense report audit in I-Expense system andentry booking;
-AP voucher audit and entry booking, AP aging management;
-Ensure payment approval standard is implementedproperly,prepare bank payment via e-banking and book to system timely;
-Cash pool reconciliation;
-Strictly follow FLS T&E policy and communicate well withstaff if facing any audit issue and can provide good solution;
-Financial documents filling;
-Other work assigned by supervisor.

-在 i-expense 系统录入福斯费用审计报告；
-AP凭证审核和登记，AP账龄管理；
-确保支付批准标准得到正确实施，通过银行电子银行准备付款并及时提交给系统；
-现金对账;
-严格按照福斯政策；有效地与同事沟通，如果面对任何审计问题提供有效的解决方案；



   



*Position Requirements

- Accounting education background (college or above);
- Strong working reliability and integrity;
- High activity and good communication skill;
- Working carefully under pressure.

 要求 :
-会计教育背景（大专或以上）；
-工作经历稳定；
-较强的工作能力和良好的沟通技巧；
-可以在高强度压力下细致工作。
 
   



*Preferences

-Be Familiar with MS Office software.
-Previous experience of Finance systems such as Oracle and
SAP.
-Strong in Chinese and English language communications.
偏好 :
- 熟悉微软办公软件。
- 有 Oracle 和 SAP 等财务系统的经验。
- 较强的中英文沟通能力。
