职位描述：
-Coordinate the DFMEA, PFMEA and control plans in the FMEA team, and the group is composed of PD, ME, QA and PR members.
-In the team work, use the IQ-RM software to create the PFMEA structure and control plan.
-Revise the FMEA and control plan according to any changes in the team.
-Coordinate local and global content to ensure local specialization and standardization.
-Work under compliance of company requirement.
--Other specific jobs which are instructed from immediate supervisor.

-Bachelor degree or above
-2 years quality system in automotive industry experience at least
-Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. TS 16949, APQP,SPC,MSA,PPAP,FMEA, Control plan,VDA6.3, 8D etc.
-Special requirements of the customer,e.g.F-Q,Q1,GP
-Fluent English
-Customer oriented, persistent, right attitude, proactive, logical.
