职位描述：
LAB/METRO : 实验室/计量测试

Main activities:
● Tests activities :
- Perform the tests according to the expected methods and instructions in respect to the ISO 17025 process
- Make sure that all equipments used functions well or report any kind of failure observed
- Optimize the overall load to respect leadtime for the request
- Write the reports for the tests he is responsible for in both chinese and english languages and give them for validation to the laboratory manager
- Store the samples for requestor post controls or archive it according to rules defined
- Write instructions to follow new equipments or methods
● Quality :
- Setup and qualify all new measurements equipments while respecting security and environment regulations
- Evaluate the uncertainty of measurements of all equipments and methods used.
- Manager, follow-up and monitor the equipments in accordance with the ISO 17025 standards

Qualifications:
- Engineering graduate in Industrial Engineering, mechanics or plastics, Science or equivalent experience
- More than 1 year experience linked with testing laboratory, or excellent graduates
- Experienced in working with international teams
- Good Quality of oral speech and good writing skills (English)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 standards
- Knowledge of ISO 17 025 Standards
- Knowledge of material and products manufactured by Delfingen is preferred.
- Testing activity organization (technicians and equipments)
- Laboratory equipment management

任职要求：
- 理工科专业，丰富的工程塑料以及高分子知识和经验
- 一年以上测试实验室相关工作经验，优秀的应届毕业生亦可
- 拥有与国际化团队合作的经验
- 具有良好的英语口语交流能力和书写技能
- 英语四级或以上，具备英文文件查询、阅读能力
- 了解ISO 900和ISO TS 16949标准
- 了解ISO 17 025标准
- 熟悉塑料原材料知识，了解汽车线束保护产品更佳
- 对测试活动的组织（人员和设备）
- 实验室设备管理

岗位职责：
- 根据ISO 17025流程中的方法和说明来实施测试
- 确认所有设备的功能良好，当发现任何问题及时上报
- 尊重实验请求的交付时间，优化总体负荷
- 用中英双语书写测试报告，提交给上级确认
- 为申请人储存样品，或根据规定进行存档
- 书写说明书遵循新设备或方法
- 在遵守安全和环境法规的前提下，对所有新的测量设备进行设置和鉴定
- 评估所有设备及使用方法测量的不确定性。
- 设备的管理、跟踪及监督需要与ISO 17025标准一致。
