- Support job: Product development for Hygiene market
- Technology platform: HMPSA
ACTIVITIES（工作行为，主要指日常的，具有代表性的工作行为）

- Develop new products and maintain current product line to meet customer needs for APAC Hygiene market;
- Interface with Technical Service, Supply, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to ensure the project output/milestone in timely manner through Stage-Gate process;
- Deliver excellent project documentation and communication in the form of internal technical reports/presentations and external publications (when appropriate);
- Work closely with AP & Global product development teams to fully leverage the technical knowhow & expertise;
- Comply with company quality system and EHS policies, help supporting lab 5S and safety maintenance.

Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ及时汇报健康安全环境质量的隐患或事故,提出建议
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT（工作内容及环境，包括是否需要国内/外出差、内部及外部主要联系人等）
- The position is laboratory based but requires domestic/international travel ~10%;
- Keep customer contact with Tech Service to support Sales on business development, through customer visit, trial, etc;
- Regular communication with Marketing, Tech Service, Sales, Supply, EHS and Manufacturing/Quality teams.
ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责，指职位本身所需要承担的责任或义务）

- Ensure R&D activities in compliance with EHS and operational requirements;
- Ensure product development projects strictly following the Stage-Gate process;
- Ensure product development project output/milestone in timely manner with good quality and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED（能力/经验要求，此岗位具体的学历、经验及各项能力要求）

Qualifications
- Master degree with 2+ year working experience in chemical industrial R&D experience, major in polymer physics/chemistry, material science or other related chemistries;
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion by designing studies, carrying out experiments and interpreting data to meet project milestones and objectives;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to deliver presentations/documentations with good quality;
- Strong safety mindset.
