职位描述：
Position Requirements
1. Understand the nature and purpose of the pump upgrade and evaluate the customer operational requirements in accordance with design specifications and standards.
2. Interact with Central Engineering in other regions and Product Engineering in respective Business Units to develop the scope of work to upgrade customer pumping equipment and assure that the proposed solution meets technical and performance requirements of customers.
3. Prepare technical proposals for pump upgrades and/or repairs and promote Services & Solutions Engineering expertise and capabilities.
4. Coordinate with Flowserve Business Units and/or external providers involved locally or overseas for on-time submission of proposals.
5. Review customer orders to ensure they are acceptable relative to the technical content of the offer and meet customer expectations.
6. Understand and implement Flowserve corporate policy to ensure that both customer and company goals can be met.
7. Work with End-User Sales Teams on commercial strategy while ensuring recommendations must be feasible and based on sound engineering practices.
8. Support the Project Engineering Team, ensure a smooth transition to order fulfillment of the successful upgrade order booked by concise hand-over and attending kick-off meetings.
9. Develop personal skills through regular attendance to a selection of technical training.
*Preferences
1. Minimum a Master’s Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar field with 3 to 5 years’ experience
2. Candidates should come with some experience working with pumps and related rotating mechanical equipment involving customer interaction
3. Candidates must be comfortable with customer facing
4. Candidate must be able to read, write and converse in English
5. Team player with strong self-initiative
6. Open to candidates who have just achieved their Master’s qualification。
