荷兰ITB公司为丰电科技(证券代码:430211)旗下控股公司,为农业、养殖、生产制造等提供室内通风环境控制及节能系统解决方案,并提供通风及环境控制系统所需相关组件的生产和销售,成立至今已有超过35年的经验,业务已遍布全球数十个国家和地区。为进一步推进ITB业务的全球化发展目标,尤其为提升ITB在中国市场的战略发展地位,丰电科技现招聘渠道/市场运营总监一名,主要负责ITB中国区的市场营销和销售等方面工作,同时寻求国际市场业务机会.

岗位职责:
1-为中国市场制定市场及渠道营销计划,推进并落实执行;
2-在现有中国市场的基础上,推进开发中国市场新渠道、新市场、新经销商及新业务;
3-把关经销商的资质和信用,与经销商建立长期稳定的合作伙伴关系及业务往来;
4-协助推进与相关跨国巨头公司的长期业务合作关系;
5-协助协调具体系统项目移交和执行落地工作,如概念设计、生产计划、货物运输、安装调试等,确保系统工程建设的交期和质量;
6-根据需要协调中国境内工厂OEM/ODM或工厂建设计划等事宜。

任职要求:
1-本科以上学历;
2- 5年以上销售及渠道工作经验,3年以上销售及渠道市场管理工作经验,具有农业、机械、通风及气候控制等相关经验背景优先;
3-有国际化视野,英文流利并能作为办公语言;
4-热情、精力充沛,有良好的计划和安排;
5-良好的团队工作及协作精神;
6-能适应出差。

Job vacancy: Director of channel operations

As a FendyTech new business and sales manager you will sell high quality ventilation and energy reduction systems to large companies in the agricultural market. You will be responsible for every aspect of the marketing- and sales cycle – from seeking out new prospects, capturing their attention with your business case, to closing the deal. Your main working area is China, but you are given the freedom to go abroad if viable business opportunities are available.
You will be working closely with a Dutch daughter company of FendyTech; ITB. Located in the Netherlands, ITB has over 35 years of experience in production and sales of agricultural climate related components worldwide. FendyTech and ITBs strategy is to further globalise business since the demand for the internationally applicable systems is increasing worldwide. You will be part of this globalisation process and will be supported by the ITB marketing- and sales team if needed.

Job responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a marketing planning for the Chinese market
-Develop new business and sales within the Chinese market;
oDetermine suitable dealers for ITB products and set-up long term relations and business deals as a reseller. Dealer qualifications and compatibility with ITB standards are key.
oEngage in long term business relationships with Multinationals, OEM-ers or other big market players
oSales of large scale projects to reliable dealers.
-Assist in coordination of certain climate system projects from the moment of sales till the moment of hand over to the dealer. You are co-responsible for guiding and monitoring several aspects the project (concept design, production planning etc.) and making sure deadlines and quality criteria concerning production and delivery times are met the expectations

Job requirements:
-Completed College or University study; Bachelor or Masters degree.
-Agricultural, mechanical or ventilation/ climate background or affinity with the products and markets
-At least 5 years experience in a sales environment or at least 3 years experience in a commercial role related to agriculture, machinery or ventilation/ climate control.
-Fluent in both Chinese and English, other languages are appreciated.
-Eager and energetic. You are independent and want the creative freedom to work with your clients as best suits them.
-You are able to close deals.
