职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Overseas the ISO 9000 / TS16949 certification process and assuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
负责ISO 9000 / TS16949的认证过程，确保符合国家、国际标准和法规。
2. Interacts with Production and Development teams to develop quality control plans, procedures and documents for existing and new products. Ensures tests and procedures are properly understood, implemented, and evaluated.
与生产和开发团队进行互动，制定质量控制计划，对现有和新产品的质量控制计划，程序和文件。确保测试和程序的正确理解，实施和评估
3. Leads teams and Kaizen events to identify and reduce internal scrap and waste from manufacturing.
 领导团队和改善项目的确定和减少制造内部废料和垃圾。
 4. Analyzes performance data and charts against defined parameters.
对定义的参数进行性能数据和图表分析
 5. Works with the Sourcing group to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.

 6. Manages and maintains the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes, and finished goods.

 7. Formulates and manages the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.

 8. Considers the application of environmental and health and safety standards.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in an applied science or engineering field preferred
在应用科学或工程领域的学士学位优先
2. Experience with six sigma and other quality standards or methodologies strongly preferred
有六西格玛和其它质量标准或方法的经验优先考虑
3. Strong math and statistics background
较强的数学和统计背景
4. 1 to 3 years prior experience in Quality Assurance for OEM & consumer product manufacturer
1至3年的OEM及消费产品制造商的质量保证经验
5. Demonstrated experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors
有合同制造商、供应商或经销商的工作经验
6. Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills

7. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access are required
