职位描述：
1、 Develop suppliers for the procurement of materials, subassemblies, and supplies that achieve target price/cost.
2、Create and maintain a supplier-sourcing database.
3、 Create and maintain supplier business relations and strategies that achieve target price/cost as well as ensuring on time delivery and required quality
4、Supplier sourcing according to designed technology and service requirement.
5、Assess, evaluate and validate supplier capability per defined criteria, and Lead supplier survey and audit to qualify supplier, complete Audit Report.
6、 Develop RFQ to obtain quotations from supplier. Analyze supplier’s quotation/proposals in terms of unit price rationality, total cost of ownership, capacity, lead-time and other commercial areas.
7、Make supplier selection recommendation to colleagues.
8、Continuously drive supplier quality improvement.
9、Develops and implements strategic sourcing plan under alignment with the company function’s, especially R&D and operation plans.
10、Support engineering team on the production development;
Job Competencies:
1、 Min 3 years of sourcing experience with resin, metal parts etc.
2、Fluent spoken and written English, excellent negotiating skills
3、 Proven track record of managing suppliers, negotiating, and inventory planning
4、Proficient computer skills that include Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP
5、Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
6、 Experience with supplier development: quality system, process, supplier management
7、Strong communications skills with internal customers and external suppliers at all levels
8、 Self-motivated with good time management skills requiring little supervision
9、 Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast paced environment
10、Proactive and able to demonstrate initiative, accountability, commitment, and teamwork
11、Strong data analysis skills
