职位描述：
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
1、Responsible SQE for category Aluminum die casting in Asia (China and India).
２、Conduct regular process & product audits at suppliers, according to an established audit schedule; Safety Parts and Suppliers with C-rankings supplier to be audited annually.
３、Responsible for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) while introducing new suppliers and/or new products.
４、Responsible for maintaining local suppliers' performance according to Haldex Supply Chain Improvement Program (SCIP).
５、Responsible for SQA activities in 8D at Step II of the Escalation Model for supplier nonconformities.
６、Ensure that continuous improvement (Haldex Way) is a natural part of daily work
Desired Skills and Experience
１、University or bachelor's degree in engineering.
２、Minimum 5 years documented experience in the field of Quality Assurance at international company.
３、Documented knowledge and experience of quality systems TS16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
４、Certified Lead Quality Auditor.
５、Knowledge in the area of Lean Production, 5S, Six Sigma or other quality tools is an advantage.
６、Good computer skills, and a deep knowledge in understanding drawings and technical regulations.
７、Deep knowledge within category aluminum die-casting. 举报 分享
