岗位职责
1、教授高中英语相关科目，以提分为核心；
2、根据教学管要求实施教学，编写系统、专业的讲义；
3、定期参加学校教研活动，不断提高教学水平；
4、注重学员综合能力和考试成绩的全面提高。

任职资格
1、有高中学科目授课经验，对中高考真题有一定总结和研究；
2、大学本科学历，专业能力优秀，具有相应专业背景；
3、表达流畅准确，有条理，思维敏捷，语言幽默，归纳精辟合理；
4、充分了解中学心理，能调动中学生对学习的热情；
