Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, this role will be based in Shanghai and i***olve extensive travel within China.

Main Job functions:

Managing generator customer base and sales leads information

Making a phone with new customer frequently
电话拜访新客户
Maintaining records of generator locations and warranty registrations
机器所属区域与质保期的档案维护
Proactively generating new customer leads and selling Peak Scientific service products and spare parts to end user, OEM and distributor markets
积极发展新客户,根据客户需求介绍和销售公司售后服务产品及零备件
Developing relationships with customers to grow service revenue
与客户保持良好的沟通
Working closely with sales personnel in developing spare parts and service business
与销售部门保持良好的沟通
Accurately preparing and recording sales orders and i***oices
销售订单和发票的处理及归档
Updating CRM system with all relevant customer information and orders
更新CRM系统中所有相关客户信息及订单

Skills required
Experience in end user and/or business to business sales
终端用户或B2B电子商务经验
Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or Similar
销售和市场或其他相关专业本科学历
Organised, with the ability to manage and maintain large quantities of data
较强的大数据维护管理能力
Customer focussed – able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone/email

Self-motivated with the capacity to plan time effectively & prioritise
