Key tasks & responsibilities:
1. Maintain customer’s relationship and activities in the assigned area according to key performance indicators (KPI) and guidelines set by team leader of the area.
2. Support the Sales Department in its various initiatives to achieve Sales tonnage and revenue targets, increase market share for designated segment, create Company value and customers’ perception, and enhance corporate brand.
3. Serves potential customers who mainly focus on free sales capacity, or high yield cargo.
4. Work and collaborate closely with Customer Service team to maximize the end-results of the each freighter operations.
5. Monitor, analyze, and report market situation in the assigned sales area.
6. Support the Sales Department to establish analytical and forecast system for well monitoring the customers’ profiles and performance fulfillment, forecast for upcoming business trend.
7. Assist to negotiate agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients.
8. Perform other administrative tasks as per the assignment by managers.
9. Strictly follow company guidelines and policies.
Job Qualifications:
1. University graduate.
2. At least 3 years of working experience. Knowledge and experience in aviation or logistics related industry would be an advantage.
3. Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin. Proficiency in English language at no less than CET 6 level. Previous exposure to an English-speaking working environment is desirable.
4. Personal qualities: honest, positive, detailed minded, hard working and able to work under pressure.
5. Good computer knowledge especially in MS office application is required.
