JOB TITLE(职位)
IA –WW – Sale Account Manager

SITUATION IN ORGANISATION(组织内汇报关系)

JOB DIMENSIONS(工作维度,可就财务、产量、管理下属数量、负责的公司/工厂数目方面进行描述)
1. In charge of IA- WW – North/Northeast region
2. Products from Guangzhou plant, Changshu plant and import
3. Target : 10M -20MRMB p.a
ACTIVITIES(工作行为,主要指日常的,具有代表性的工作行为)
1. Manage existing customers in North Region
2. Develop new target customers
3. Responsible for sales budget and collection in this region
4. Provide sales forecast to SIU for production planning
5. Weekly report and monthly report
6. Regularly visit customers for feedback on product performance and service, new market potentials, and competitions
7. Take lead in product test, trial, and qualifications
8. Take responsibilities of key projects, covering localization, new business opportunities, assigned by SIU or SBU
9. Follow up customer complaint cases in this region
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT(工作内容及环境,包括是否需要国内/外出差、内部及外部主要联系人等)
1. Locate in Tianjin/Zhengzhou/Guangzhou
2. High pressure of monthly and yearly sales and collection budget/forecast delivery
3. Frequently drive around North region
4. Work with customer service, planning, finance, logistics, marketing team, other sales colleagues for financial and operational activities
5. Deal with technical, purchasing and quality team from customer side
6. Follow SIU/SBU instructions
7. Compliance required
ACCOUNTABILITIES(主要职责,指职位本身所需要承担的责任或义务)
1. Deliver sales and collection budget by month and whole year
2. Timely submit monthly and weekly report
3. Timely report customer complaint (48 hours after received) and timely show up on site for solution (agreed timing with customer)
4. Regularly (frequency depending on customer) visit customers to maintain and improve the relationship
5. Successfully deliver result for projects as planned
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED(能力/经验要求,此岗位具体的学历、经验及各项能力要求)
1. Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, engineering, sales & marketing or business management.
2. 5 years of technical or sales experience in same market
3. Skillful communication with external and internal partners
4. Good sales presentation skill for product and applications
5. Good negotiation skill
6. Basic written English
7. Good Office (Excel and Word) and email skill
8. Fully align with the culture
