Essential Functions基本职能
1. Responsible for recruitment and allocation;招聘与配置。
2. Responsible for performance management;绩效管理。
3. Responsible for training and development;培训与发展。
4. Responsible for C&B data collection and submission;薪资与福利数据收集和提交。
5. Responsible for company culture and staffing;企业文化与员工关系。
6. Responsible for HR project implementation人力资源项目执行。
Scope and Accountability权限范围和责任
? Recruitment and Allocation:招聘与配置:
1. Responsible for new hire recruitment;新员工招聘;
2. Conduct background check to new employee;对新员工进行背景调查;
3. Set up new employee on board announcement & orientation plan;制定新员工上岗通知和入职培训计划;
4. Follow up new employee orientation;跟踪新员工入职培训;
5. Conduct probation evaluation;试用期评估工作;
6. Responsible for monthly turnover rate control ;月度离职率控制;
7. Support in JD completion;给予各仓库完成JD的协助;
8. Responsible for annul HC budget communication;年度人力需求的计划沟通;
9. Submit HR weekly & monthly report and maintain organization chart.提交HR周报和月报以及组织结构图的维护。
? Performance Management:绩效管理:
1. Follow up monthly performance review for warehouse team;跟踪仓库团队月度绩效评估;
2. Assist and follow up annual target setting;协助并跟进年度绩效目标设定;
3. Conduct annual performance review for responsible region;完成所管辖区域的年度绩效评估;
4. Sort out and file the monthly KPI performance bonus of their responsible region.完成管辖区域月度绩效/计件工资整理并归档。
? Training and Development:培训与发展:
1. Provide orientation training for new staff;新员工入职培训;
2. Conduct annual training needs survey;年度培训需求调查;
3. Follow up the implementation of Cross Function Training,Talent Development Plan and TTT Program;跟进跨岗培训、人才培养计划和TTT项目的实施;
4. Discover training needs and follow up training plans.发现培训需求并跟进计划。
? C&B:薪资与福利:
1. Collect monthly salary information for responsible region;管辖区域月度薪资信息汇总;
2. Maintain and file employee’s basic salary information;员工基本薪资资料的整理与存档;
3. Check attendance and analyze OT;核查考勤并分析加班数据;
Company Culture and Staffing:企业文化与员工关系:
1. Act as role of a bridge between company and staff, timely response to questions from employees;做好公司与员工的桥梁,及时回应员工咨询的疑问;
2. Follow up with regional leader to complete quarterly QLA nomination;跟踪区域负责人完成每一季度的季度之星提名工作;
3. Decorate staff bulletin board;布置员工公告栏;
4. Handle industrial injury issues;员工工伤处理;
5. Handle staff on-board & exit process;员工入离职手续办理;
6. Responsible for working uniform application and release;工作服的申请领用发放;
7. Organize and implement employee activities;员工活动组织实施;
8. Handle and follow up labor disputes;劳动争议处理跟进;
9. Manage labor contract and renewal;劳动合同管理及续签;
10. Conduct contract termination negotiation.合同终止谈判。

Qualification Requirements任职资格

University education and above.大学本科及以上学历。

Fluent in English;英文流利;
Good in Microsoft Office.微软办公软件熟练使用。
? Experience经验:
Above 5 years HR working experience.5年以上人力资源工作经验。
