? Do order entry/update in BPCS
? BPCS系统内录入订单；
? Involve in order processing rolling plan and updated status to Sales/ Customers.
? 参与订单生产计划安排，并为销售部及客户更新订单执行状态；
? Update cash flow per day by indicating Project No. and percentage after the income, and update payment status in ERP. Using cash flow and AR report, to control the order’s processing.
? 根据项目编号更新每日订单收款以及收款比例的情况，利用现金流报告和应收款报告，控制订单的执行进度；
? Answer domestic and overseas customer’s email and calls. Act as a problem-solver.
? 应答国内外客户的邮件和电话，为客户解决问题；
? Handle the Orders Commercial Processing. Find out potential risks and work with team to minimize the risk. Make sure legal policy/ corporate values/ rules are adopted in processing procedures；
? 负责处理订单的商务执行。与团队合作，发现潜在商务风险、使风险最小化，同时确保整个流程符合相关法律法规以及集团合规上的要求；
? Help on Sales/Commercial Admin work and some commercial reports.
? 负责制作商务报告，协助销售部、商务部的日常工作；
? Other work assigned by the supervisor;
? 其它上级指派的工作；
资质要求：
Bachelor, major in international trade or related is preferred;
? 本科，主修国际贸易优先考虑；
? Experience in international trading/Sales Admin/Assistant situation;
? 有相关国际贸易、销售行政、商务助理类工作经验；
? Computer literacy especially in with Excel, Word, and PDF editor;
? 熟练使用办公软件, 如excel, word, and PDF编辑 等；
? Enthusiastic, Detail-oriented, team player;
? 工作积极、认真、细致、负责，有团队合作精神；
? English language capability to send daily email, CET-4 or above;
? 英语4级或以上，能处理日常英文邮件；
