岗位职责：

? Solve high level control errors by site or remote activities

? Implement preventive and corrective maintenance of BHS and MHS system software

? Contact point with headquarter ICT departments and control support

? ICT devices configuration management (incl. HP Firewall, Cisio Core and Access Switch, MSA and 3Par Virtual Storage Application, Network and ICT devices redundant.)

? Change management on control level

? Initiate and execute improvement actions

任职要求：

Motivation

As the BHS&MHS customer service contract and business growing in China, the demands from customer and contract basis is required local HLC competence support. The HLC service control engineer will be the 2nd line local support and execute HLC site activities in service contract.

Qualification

1. University education in IT system or computer Engineering

2. At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in a logistics/technical working environment

3. Experience in maintaining Windows cluster servers, databases (include Oracle and SQL Server), network and communications systems (include TCP/IP and UDP) and software related automated baggage handling systems (incl. C#/JAVA) or automated material handling system.
