职位描述

工作目标

产品专员的主要工作目标是促进指定区域的销售及利润增长。该职位将协助所在区的区域经理制定和实施本区的销售策略,并服务于所属战略事业单位(SBU)的整体目标与战略。产品专员负责维持所在区的客户关系。


1.制定并实施所在区的业务计划,预见和发现SBU所制定目标及策略将面临的市场挑战。

2.对竞标、投标等事务中的产品价格浮动与区域经理进行沟通。

3.与经销商建立合作关系,并密切共事,促使经销商实现其销售目标,促进本区的销售增长。

4.负责所在区经销商的销量预测。

5.每季度定期向PI SBU团队汇报每个经销商的业务计划完成情况、客户状况以及销售情况。

6.实现并超越所在区业务计划中制定的销售目标。

7.以解决问题为最终目标,敏锐、宽容地面对挑战。

8.参与手术,并提供适当的产品支持,协助医生达到预期临床治疗效果,从而提升库克产品的用户体验。

9.密切关注竞争环境及我公司市场份额的增长。

10.积极主动地收集与公司业务相关的、全面的产品、手术及竞争对手信息。

11.与经销商进行协商,并协助产品经理选择、组织并参与地方性及国际性展会和会议。

12.定期会见核心客户,并根据业务量对不同客户群进行划分。

13.保留详细的客户记录,包括业务量、反馈意见、市场数据及联系信息等。

14.确保产品投诉能得到密切监控,并能根据规定程序及时处理(需保留详细记录)。

15.每个月向区域经理提交月报,汇报本区的销量、市场活动、产品推广、竞争产品动向等,并抄送PI SBU的中国区负责人。

16.行为处事遵守职业及道德规范。

17.遵守公司的差旅及其他费用规定,及时提交相关费用报告。

18.始终传递统一、专业的COOK® 形象。

Primary Function
The primary purpose of this position is to increase sales and profitability for the business unit in the assignedregion. The Product Specialist is responsible for working with the assigned Territory Manager to developing and implementing local strategies in support of the goals and general strategies of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).The Product Specialist is responsible for customer relationships in the assigned region.

Responsibility
1.Develop and implement a regional business plan that anticipates and identifies challenges in the market in order to meet established goals and strategies for the SBU.
2.Liaise with the Territory Manager on price movement in tenders, bids etc.
3.To form partnerships and to work closely with Distributors to enable them to meet their business plan goals andto generate increased sales in the assigned region.
4.Be accountable for Distributor Sales Forecast in the assigned region.
5.Provide regular feedback to the PI SBU Team regarding business plan achievement, customer situation and sales activities for each Distributor each quarter.
6.To meet and exceed sales targets as outlined in business plans in assigned regions.
7.Be technically astute, solution oriented and receptive to challenges.
8.Attend cases and provide appropriate product support to assist doctors to achieve desired clinical outcome and enhanced customer experience with COOK products.
9.Actively monitor competitive environment and our market share growth.
10.Proactively ensure that you maintain comprehensive product, procedural and competitor information in relation to our business.
11.Work with Territory Manager to select, organize and participate in local and international exhibitions and meetings in consultation with Distributors.
12.Meet regularly with KOL customer and to grade each customer group according to their business activities.
13.Keep detailed customer records of sales activities, feedback, market data and contact information.
14.Ensure that product complaints are addressed in established procedures, monitored and actively addressed in a consistent and timely manner with full details.
15.To submit a monthly summary report of region sales achieved, marketing activities, product promotions, competitors activity each month to Territory Manager and cc PI SBU Leader, China.
16.Behave in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
17.Comply with travel and expense rules and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
18.Ensure that the COOK image is presented in a consistent and professional manner.
19.Ensure that COOK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance procedures are complied with in all business matters carried out on COOK's behalf.


职位要求:

1.医学类专科以上学历,有南区三年以上医疗耗材销售经验(介入耗材、植入耗材行业者优先);有代理商管理经验,有良好的客户关系,并能积极持续开发新客户并有效管理和维护现有客户;熟悉医疗耗材的推广流程;能独立完成区域内各项销售相关的工作,完成公司制定的区域销售指标,能胜任并适应频繁出差的工作要求;

2.性格开朗,诚实,善于沟通,有责任心,有主动性及自律性,有合作意识及团队合作精神,适应在压力下工作;

3.英文良好,能用英文进行邮件沟通。


Qualification/Experience/ Skills Required
1.College Degree or above with Medical background, more than two years of Medical Device sales experience in North China (Intervention Device and Implant Device Industry are preferred); has distributor management experience and good customer relationship, be active to develop new customers and to maintain the existing large customers effectively; be familiar with the promotion process of Medical Device. Be able to complete sales-related work and achieve the company's regional Sales Target; Strong self-leaning skills;Adapt to travel frequently;
2.Pleasant Personality, Honest, Good communication skill, Responsible, Active, Have the sense of cooperation, Self-discipline and Team Spirit, can work well under pressure;
3.Good English skill, can communicate with English Email.
