职位描述：

本岗位隶属旗下早教品牌海谷龙国际教育，工作地点：浦东校区。

1、【控场】 全面主持中心的业务&运营管理。
2、【销售】 鼓励&督促员工达到每月上级拟定的绩效。（定期帮助未达标的员工理清重点）
3、【市场】 全面支持总部市场部安排的活动，规划校区市场费用进行成本控制。使市场渠道进行最大化、合理、有效的开发。
4、【人事】 根据校区招生情况or公司下达任务，作出各岗位人员需求预测、离职预警和人员增补。
5、【教务】 及时与教学主管沟通，确认经营方针，并监管校区教学质量。
6、【行政】 负责解决中心重大客诉，完善售后服务；提高客服满意度，降低退费率。
7、【环境】 保证校区员工礼仪、着装和中心环境卫生以体现优质门面；保障校区安全。
8、【人际】 适当地处理对外公共关系，维护校区积极、健康的正面公共形象。

任职要求：
1、28-40岁，本科及以上学历，教育、市场营销或管理类相关专业。
2、具有5年以上培训行业工作经验，2年以上销售管理工作经验。
3、有较强的组织、执行、领导能力，出色的人际交往和社会活动能力以及敏锐的洞察力；
4、优秀的英语书面及口头表达能力，熟练使用常用办公软件。 举报 分享

The Association of International Accountants (AIA) was founded in the UK in 1928 as a professional accountancy body and from conception has promoted the concept of ‘international accounting’ to create a global network of accountants in over 85 countries worldwide. AIA is recognized by the UK as a Recognized Qualifying Body for statutory auditors under the Companies Act 2006, as a Prescribed Body under the Companies (Auditing and Accounting) Act 2003 in the Republic of Ireland, and members qualified as a statutory auditor and registered with a Recognized Supervisory Body (RSB) are able to seek registration as a statutory auditor across the European Union. AIA has supervisory status for its members in the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 and has recognition to operate in the National Qualifications Framework as an Awarding Body. The AIA professional qualification is currently recognized in over 30 countries worldwide.

Metro Education was established in 1997 with its headquarter in Singapore. Metro Education’s vision is to be the leading institution of international education in the field of accounting and business in China. As a foreign education institution, Metro Education has two campuses in Shanghai and a team of professional teaching staff of over 100 people. As the Chief Representative in China for the Association of International Accountants (AIA) and the Association of Business Practitioners (ABP) in UK, Metro Education conducts the AIA and ABP programe under the Full-time and Part-time mode targeting at High School graduates and the working adults. By the end of 2011, Metro Education has established regional offices in Hangzhou, Nanjing, Hefei, Dalian, Qingdao and Guiyang in China and a regional office in Seoul, Korea.
