职位描述：
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage interdisciplinary clinical research projects, as Project Manager, leading the clinical team to ensure on time, on budget performance
2. Supervise, train, and mentor Clinical Research staff
3. Approve investigator study budgets and contracts
4. Review and develop protocols
5. Review and approve Case Reports Forms (CRFs)
6. Plan, coordinate, and present at Investigators Meetings
7. Participate in proposal meetings with potential clients
8. Review Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports
9. Review and approve monthly client invoices
10. Prepare project management reports for clients, project personnel, and internal management
11. Review and approve monitoring trip reports
12. Review Tables and Listings generated from study data
13. Author Clinical Study Reports
14. Train CRAs on monitoring, internal procedures, and query resolution
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree required and master degree or above preferred; Professional in clinical medicine or nursing;
2. 5 years of experience in clinical research, data management, or regulatory affairs, with at least 2 years of experience in the monitoring and management of clinical research project
3. Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
