Responsibilities/functions
1) Manage the recruitment process
2) Monthly payroll calculation, social insurance & housing fund management
3) Oversee all employee relations
4) Administer several HR systems; analyzing HR data; preparing reports
6) Maintain the HR policies Knowledge Base
9) Provide administrative support as needed
10) Provide other HR support as requested

Bachelor degree, prefer major in in Human Resource Management
Good English
