? Scope and Accountability权限范围和责任
? Recruitment and Allocation:
招聘与配置:
1. Responsible for monthly new hire recruitment;
月度新员工招聘;
2. Responsible for monthly turnover rate control (handle turnover formalities);
月度离职率控制(离职手续办理);
3. Support in JD completion;
给予各仓库完成JD的协助;
4. Responsible for annul HC budget communication;
年度人力需求的计划沟通;
5. Conduct probation evaluation.
试用期评估工作;
6. Submit monthly 190 change form and maintain organization chart.
月度人员变动报告以及组织结构图的维护。
? Performance Management:
绩效管理:
1. Collect and file annual target setting forms;
收齐年度绩效目标设定表,整理并归档;
2. Conduct annual performance review for responsible warehouse.
完成所管辖仓库的年度绩效评估。
? Training and Development:
培训与发展:
1. Provide orientation training for new staff;
新员工入职培训;
2. Conduct annual training needs survey;
年度培训需求调查;
3. Conduct other training courses.
完成其他培训的课程。
? C&B:
薪资与福利:
1. Collect monthly salary information for responsible region;
管辖区域月度薪资信息汇总;
2. Maintain and file employee’s basic salary information;
员工基本薪资资料的整理与存档;
3. Submit weekly Peoplesoft report.
每周Peoplesoft report的提交。
? Company Culture and Staffing:
企业文化与员工关系:
1. Act as role of a bridge between company and staff, timely response to questions from employees;
做好公司与员工的桥梁,及时回应员工咨询的疑问;
2. Follow up with regional leader to complete quarterly QLA nomination;
跟踪区域负责人完成每一季度的季度之星提名工作;
3. Handle industrial injury issues;
员工工伤处理;
4. Handle new staff on-board issues.
新员工入职手续办理;
5. Responsible for working uniform application and release;
工作服的申请领用发放;
6. Conduct contract termination negotiation;
合同终止谈判;
7. Organize and implement employee activities;
员工活动组织实施;
8. Handle and follow up labor disputes;
劳动争议处理跟进;
9. Manage labor contract and renewal.
劳动合同管理及续签。

1. Purchase and manage office stationeries;
办公用品的采购及领用;
2. Maintain office environment;
办公环境及设备的维护管理;
3. Manage company bus and dormitories;

College Education above.
大专以上学历。

Familiar with HR mode.
