职位描述：
3.2.1 Experience
7+ years of IT project management experience as PM or PMO;
5+ years experiences for global projects’ experience as PM or PMO;
5+ years experiences for overseas projects as PM or PMO.
3.2.2 Methodology and Certification
Well understand project management methodology (ITPM);
Well know with ITIL methodology and its implementation;
PMP certification is preferred;
Good presentation skill and training skill.
3.2.3 Technical Skill
Strong skill in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project;
Strong skills in reading, writing, and fluent speaking in English;
Strong mind-set on IT project management methodologies(PMP);
Strong controlling and monitoring in projects status.
3.2.4 Soft Skill
Independent working capability;
Proactive and fast learner;
Strong communication skill;
Strong team working management and coordination ability;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people；
Resource Management skill for multiple projects;
Strong team work management and leadership ability;
Strong controlling and monitoring in projects testing status;
Strong conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Experience in initiating, conducting and facilitating discussions with project related persons, and ability to bring all to an agreement and to translate the results into cohesive and actionable plans for improvement. 举报 分享
