销售顾问是第一线的保时捷品牌大使,负责在日常业务中拓展销售业务。其中包括从最初联络到订购、车辆交付、贴旧换新、至预检安排等全部过程中的所有客户来电和来访。在销售周期中,尊敬客户,遵守法规及保时捷相关规定,展示保时捷产品特点,积极维护长期的客户关系。
职责说明(职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列):
1. 完成新车易手车销售服务
2. 交付新车易手车服务
3. 处理客户投诉
4. 维护老客户关系
5. 展示品牌特点
6. 配合并参与保时捷中心活动
Position Characteristics:
As the first line Porsche Brand Ambassador, the Sales Consultant is responsible for expanding sales in the daily business. This involves all customer calls and visits from initial contact, ordering, vehicle delivery, trade-in, to PDI arrangement, etc. During the whole sales circle, the Sales Consultant is supposed to respect customers, adhere to related laws and Porsche practices, and at the same time present features of Porsche products, and positively maintain a long-term customer relationship.
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Fulfill newpre-owned car sales
2. Newpre-owned car handover
3. Customer compliant processing
4. Maintain relationship with existing customers
5. Present brand features
6. Provide assistances to and participate in Porsche Centre's activities
任职资格:
教育背景:须具备大专学历,大学本科学历者优先
行业背景:须具备三年或以上汽车零售行业工作经验,如有豪华汽车销售行业二至三年以上的工作经验者优先
其他任职要求:
?候选人需掌握Office软件的操作方法,保时捷系统的操作方法除外;
?热爱本职工作,在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性;
?形象气质佳;
?热爱保时捷产品及服务:
Education:College degree required, university degree is preferred
Industry background:
At least three years' working experience in automotive retail industry; two to three years' working experience with luxury car sales preferred
Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
?Smart appearance;
?enthusiastic for Porsche products and services
