职位描述：
职责/ Responsibilities：
   This position reports to plant manager, whose main responsibility is to help the key members in Ops SHA team so that they could be freed from daily duplicated jobs, which include but not limited to following tasks:
向工厂经理汇报工作，协助运营部处理日常事务，包括但不限于：
? Ops data collection, analyzing, reporting and data entry;
     运营部生产运营数据收集录入、分析、报表制作
? Ops documents preparation, filing, scan/fax etc.;
      运营部文件准备、存档、扫描传真等；
? Support on Op projects control;
      协助运营部项目控制；
? Support on “Purchasing Requisition”, PO and expediting on getting indirect material daily and follow up.
      协助填写采购申请和定单等，跟踪并保证运营所需间接原材料的及时供给；
? Other jobs assigned by plant manager.
      其它工厂经理指派的工作；

Requirement:要求
1. The ability to utilize a variety of computer software packages is necessary.
       能操作和使用各种必须的计算机软件/
2. Could read and write English mails, complete English documents in fixed format, with support of dictionary etc.
       能够借助工具读写英语邮件，完成固定格式的英文文档。
3. One to two years of job-related experience is typically required.
        1-2年相关工作经验具备MRP系统使用经验Experience in MRP is a big advantage.
5. Team player, but also self starter
        有团队精神并主动工作。
