职位描述：
1.50岁以下，本科及以上学历，有八年或以上物业管理实际经验，有房地产五大行工作经历优先
2.熟悉、了解国家及当地有关物业方面的法律、法规及政策等，了解物业服务各运作环节并能熟练运用,具有较强的组织、沟通、协调能力及内部管理、把控能力
3.具有良好的语言表达能力和对外交际能力，具备一定的财务知识，能熟练运用电脑
4.须具备全国物业经理上岗证或物业管理师职称,经验丰富,能对属下进行有效的工作指导
1.50 years old and below, bachelor's degree and above, with over 8 years' practical experience in property management and the National Property Management License or Property Manager title；work experience at JLL, Savills, Colliers,and CBRE is preferred
2. Familiar with property relevant laws, regulations and policies, skilled at property management service with strong internal management abilitiesm, such as organization, communication, and coordination
3. Good at expression and external communication with financial knowledge and computer operation skills
