职位要求：
1. 负责数控车床机床的操作、维护与日常保养. Responsible for the CNC operating and daily maintenance.
2. 服从生产安排进行产品试制及批量生产，按图纸要求对产品进行处理确保产品质量.Complete sample and machining work order according to the production plan and strictly meet PFT quality requirement on machining parts.
3. 协助车间，工程和品质分析，处理和解决质量问题，并在制作工程师的指导下提出和完成改进方案Provide necessary support to shop floor, engineering and quality on analyzing of quality problems, and suggest/complete reasonable solutions with guidance from production engineer.
4. 与质检部门积极配合确保所有量具及时校准 work closely with quality dept. to make sure all tooling are calibrated on time.
5. 按要求填写加工中心机床及产品的文件及资料，做好生产操作记录、设备保养记录 Complete all the records related to CNC machining process.
6. 上级交办的其他工作/Other responsibilities assigned by Superior
7. 高中或以上文化程度Senior high school equivalent or above education
8. 2年以上CNC操作经验, 熟悉一般加工中心组机床的性能与基本构造More than 2 years experience on CNC machining, familiar with normal CNC machine’s performance and basic structure.
9. 能看懂机械图和机加工技术文件Can read mechanical drawings and normal technical note
10. 身体健康，能够不借助工具提起30Kg重物 Good Health， able to lift 30Kg without tooling support
