职位描述：
3.1.1 Experience
4+ years of IT project management experience as PM or PMO;
3+ years experiences for global projects’ experience as PM or PMO;
2+ years experiences for overseas projects as PM or PMO.
3.1.2 Methodology and Certification
Understand project management methodology (ITPM);
Well know with ITIL methodology and its implementation;
3.1.3 Technical Skill
Good skill in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project;
Good skills in reading, writing, and fluent speaking in English;
Good mind-set on IT project management methodologies (PMP);
Basic controlling and monitoring in projects status.
3.1.4 Soft Skill
Proactive and fast learner;
Good communication;
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people;
Good team work management and leadership ability;
Good controlling and monitoring in projects status;
