Working within Bostik China Technical Group.
ACTIVITIES（工作行为，主要指日常的，具有代表性的工作行为）
- Analytical Testing: Responsible for the analytical testing of samples supplied internally (R&D, Sales, Sourcing, Operations) or externally (customers, suppliers) using analytical instruments. Support analytical chemists for methods development and other testing as required. Direct lab bench work required for analytical testing duties. Must be capable of safely working on the bench with various chemicals which could include (but not limited to) isocyanates and solvents.
- Lab and instruments maintenance: Responsible for daily lab and instruments maintenance to ensure the lab and instruments working in excellent condition.
- Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure遵守公司的健康安全环境质量方针政策,规章制度
- Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ及时汇报健康安全环境质量的隐患或事故,提出建议
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT（工作内容及环境，包括是否需要国内/外出差、内部及外部主要联系人等）
- Work in analytical lab for the routine testing.
- No travel is needed for this position.
ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责，指职位本身所需要承担的责任或义务）
- Ensure the data quality of the routine testing.
- Qualifications / experience required（能力/经验要求，此岗位具体的学历、经验及各项能力要求）
- Minimum of B.S. degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field with appropriate experience.
- Strong polymer background in the areas of polymer structure-property relationship and hands-on experience with analytical instrument are desirable.
- Results-oriented, aggressive but a team player.
- Open-minded, creative and innovative.
- Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
