岗位职责：
熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件
熟悉招聘渠道并安排初次面试；
负责公司各部门办公后勤服务保障工作；
负责公司资料、档案、印章与证照的管理；
负责对全体人员进行日常考勤；
处理公司日常对外接待工作；

岗位要求：
1年以上行政工作经验；
形象气质好、举止大方、熟悉商务礼仪；
耐心谨慎、性格开朗、反应敏捷，为人认真、踏实、诚恳，极强的责任心和职业精神；
具有较强文字和口头表达能力，普通话标准、可进行熟练讲解和对话者优先；
具备较强的统筹协调能力、推动力、亲和力、人际沟通能力，有极强的奉献精神和责任心，并具备帮助他人的热情。
