Student Recruitment Advisor, ANZ
 
Main duties:
· Answering general queries from partner agents. This will include but not limited at Entry requirements, application procedures, recommending the best pathway programs, providing application tools and detailed course information etc.
· Providing general feedback on application result and suggesting alternative options when needed
· Providing information relating to confirmation, payment procedure, accommodation, pick up service etc. to agent partners
· Updating Product knowledge of ISC AU, Taylors and CSU
· Gathering the frequent asked questions helping internal staff to improve their sales tools, as well as market facing website and brochures
· Online training the application staffs of agent partners for the application purpose
· Outstanding case chasing and solution
· Other temp task required by team leader
 
Essential Criteria:
· Degree-level educated, preferably in the Australia or New Zealand country (marketing, business or other related discipline preferred)
· Fluency in English and Chinese
· Experience of working in an international environment involving liaison with overseas offices
· Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
· Well-developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
· Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email
 
Desirable Criteria:
· Proven track-record in increasing sales
· Experience of promoting educational services
· Experience of working with an agency distribution network
