职位描述：
？ Design and manage Campus Recruiting program and lead execution by working with internal and external stakeholders
？ Work with Talent Management team and play critical role on talent selection for early talent program
？ Act as a critical management role in Talent Acquisition team, by taking charge of intern hiring and early talent hiring to build up early talent pipeline
？ Develop regional employer branding strategy and engage stakeholders for execution
？ Participate global initiatives related with HR marketing as regional rep and lead on regional deployment
？ Lead/Participate regional TA project

Job requirement
? Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or related will be preferred
? Solid graduate/campus recruitment experience and preferably stay in multi-national corporation environment
? Strong networking, influencing and consultative skills with ability to build strong client relationships
? Strong project management and issue identification/resolution skills with medium level of Lean knowledge
? Strong leadership skill, experience of leading virtual teams
? Good people assessment skill
? Good spoken and written English and Chinese
? Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
? High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to influence senior level leaders 举报 分享
