职位描述：
Responsibilities/工作职责：
1. Coach and support MONO / MOYNO service team members in daily work. and optimize the procedure if it’s necessary.
指导及支持MONO / MOYNO团队的日常工作，并能对工作中出现的问题提出优化改进方案。
2.Setup metrics for service team members individuals , monitor and improve service quality
帮助团队成员建立个人关键目标，指导并提升服务质量
3.Handles customer complaint problem, help customer resolve their problem with suitable attitude.
负责处理客户的投诉，并以良好的心态及时解决客户提出的问题和要求
4. Ensure MONO/MOYNO service team has correctly and enough tools , spare parts , to carry out service related activities.
确保MONO/MOYNO服务团队有正确和足够的工具，备件实施售后服务工作。
5、working closely with other department, for example, sales, operation, and so on, make sure support clients on time .
与公司其他部门，包括销售，运营等部门紧密配合，确保客户能得到及时有效的售后支持。
6. Ensure MONO/MOYNO service area regulate , cleaning and safe. Including all staffs , devices , tools and so on.
确保MONO/MOYNO服务区整齐，规范，安全。包括所有的设施，工具等。
7. Check and repair MONO/MOYNO products in site when it is necessary .
如果有必要，在现场检查MONO/MOYNO产品。
8. Be Responsibility for MONO/MOYNO service team HSE and product knowledge training
负责服务部门的安全和产品知识培训学习
9. Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor
完成上级主管安排的其他任务和工作。

Requirement/任职要求：
1、at least 5 years for after-market service work experience, and 2+ years for team leader or similar level .
5年以上售后服务工作经验，至少2年以上售后服务运作经验
2、with pump experience will be priority
有泵制造行业相关经验者优先
3、good team working sprit and team communication skill
团队领导力、团队合作精神及与他人沟通的影响力
4. well versed in computer skill , especially word, excel and powerpoint
良好的计算机能力，尤其是办公常用软件
5. College education background or above
