职位描述：
1)根据产品及项目需求，提供产品结构的设计或修改方案
2)负责包括外观和内部的产品结构设计，参与产品的结构装配及其工艺编制工作
3)负责产品整体方案设计、结构设计、验证及模具验收工作
4)负责与外协厂家及生产厂进行设计与实现的技术沟通与质量监督
5)负责试产及生产问题分析及解决措施制定，产品设计文件建立、归档
6)完成上级或公司交办的其它工作任务。
 
任职要求：
1)1-3年工作经验，必须有塑胶产品结构设计经验，如另有五金产品结构设计经验更佳
2)熟悉消费品产品外观、结构设计，熟悉机械加工、材料、表面处理、各类标准件应用等相关知识
3)熟悉塑胶模具、五金模具、及其制造、加工工艺，熟悉外壳防护标准及其设计应用
4)熟悉材料与工艺流程，热爱产品研发，能够投入、高效并积极主动的开展工作
5)具备独立设计能力，熟练操作CAD、Pro-e等设计软件
6)具备独立解决技术问题的能力，有较强的创新意识，具有良好的沟通能力
7)熟悉产品结构开发流程，并具备有一定的策划分析能力
8）请面试者自带面试用的PRO-E软件或笔记本电脑（面试需上机操作
