Student Recruitment Manager/Associate Student Recruitment Manager, ISC UK

The position is based in Guangzhou and Shanghai. Interview will be arranged on Mar 24 in Guangzhou and Mar 27 in Shanghai. Successful candidates will be offered by March 31.
 
Main Duties
* Devising and implementing successful recruitment and marketing campaigns in a certain area.
* Working closely with Study Group China Partner Sales Team staff to provide the students, agency and academic partners in China a high quality customer service.
* Growing sales outcomes through established channels of partner agents.
 
Essential Criteria
* Fluency in English and Chinese.
* Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Well developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
 
Desirable Criteria
* Proven track-record in increasing sales.
* Experience of promoting educational services.
* Experience of working with an agency distribution network.
* Experience of planning and executing marketing strategies.
* Experience of working in an international environment involving liaison with overseas offices.
