岗位职责：
1.负责管理考勤，统计出勤情况。
2.负责各部门之间的协调，并监督各管理制度的执行。
3.执行招聘工作流程，协调、办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续；
4.负责公司人事档案及其他资料的管理工作，包括登记、分类、存储、备份。
5.帮助建立员工关系，协调员工与管理层的关系，组织员工活动。
6.协助公司处理各项突发事件。
7.认真完成上级交办的其他临时性工作。
岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，人力资源，行政管理，应用心理学或相关专业
2.熟练使用相关办公软件，具备基本的网络知识，熟悉各大招聘渠道
3.对人资管理有自己的理解和见地，了解人资工作内容
4.性格活泼开朗，工作认真细心有魄力，抗压能力强，良好的责任心
