职位描述

Drawing up parameters related to human resources as well as working on human resources projects and projects inside and outside the corporate division as well as external projects if appropriate
Carrying out all the necessary steps to find, select, employ and provide initial support for staff in the company's recruiting process. Ensure timely filling of vacant positions through candidates having a qualifications profile that meets the requirements profile under consideration of the company-political and personnel-political principles.

Responsibilities:
A Human Resources and projects
1 Evaluation and preparation of parameters related to human resources, processing of ad-hoc inquiries by the specialist departments and keeping statistics and being involved in the implementation of the company's personnel-political strategies and concepts
2 Involvement in human resources projects, implementation of the Hella instruments and tools for human resources as well as involvement in projects inside and outside the corporate division as well as in external projects if appropriate
B Personnel placement/recruiting
1 Drawing up and preparing a qualified position and requirements profile in collaboration with the respective specialist department as well as preparing external job advertisements in accordance with company regulations in agreement with the specialist departments if appropriate
2 Selection and recommendation of suitable recruiting tools depending on the requirements of the respective vacant post and taking external general conditions such as the labor market and competitor situation into account, as well as using respective recruiting tools (e.g. Internet search, job exchanges online, recruiting fairs, direct search) for applicant selection
3 Carrying out active staff searches on the market as well as taking part in and organizing external recruiting events if appropriate as well as providing out career advice to externals
4 Researching interesting people targeted by using different media (Internet, databases, magazines etc.) and then building up contact to these identified people in the form of 'Talent Relationship Management'
5 Building up and updating a respective contact network and looking after the 'Talent Management' database and analyzing competitors with regard to key positions and their occupation 'Competitive Intelligence'
6 Viewing and recording incoming applicant documents, analyzing and deciding on suitability or non-suitability of the applicants, taking staff requirements and requirement profile into account, setting up the initial contact to candidates, coordinating interview schedules, answering inquiries and feedback by candidates
7 Conducting structured job interviews in cooperation with the specialist department; informing the applicants about the company-political and personnel-political framework conditions
8 Carrying out contract negotiations including determining the initial salary within the payment policies of the company
9 Contributing with the Works Council about planned employment, carrying out employment formalities according to company regulations as well as testing and implementing formal conditions for labor contractual conclusion, modification or extension, and supplements to labor contracts
10 Supporting strategic measures e.g. participation in university contact fairs, holding applicant and information events as well as continual evaluation and improvement of the recruiting process if necessary

Qualifications:
1 Qualification certificate for College of Higher Education
2 Fluent English
3 Graduates in Business Administration (UAS)
4 up to 3 years related experience
5 Basic knowledge of Notes; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of SAP modules
6 Meeting & communication techniques; Negotiation competence; Analytical and selling capabilities
