职位描述：
Position Description
1. Develop Automation Manufacturing Process/Standards and best practices, Implements technology upgrades that result in improved processes.
2. Develop and secure the technical Capacity against the market demand from industrial engineering and lean production methods.
3. Design production layout and coordinate lines setup and follow up continuous improvement as well, Assists and resources manufacturing trouble shooting and root cause analysis.
4. Design and optimize production process system towards cost-effective, build-in-quality and flexibility.
5. Define and establish production work standard, and provide process support on instruction and operation training.
6. Automation training center setup and routine training for customer/employees.
7. Be involved in and provide process technical support to Manufacturing Excellence program.
Position Requirements
1. Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering etc.
2. Language: Fluent English in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing
3. Years of Related Experiences: 8-10 years’ experience in process design and engineering of pneumatic and electric actuators.
4. Professional Knowledge:
1) Experience with valve automation systems from a complete valve package including actuators, valves, accessories and controls.
2) Familiarity at an intermediate to advanced level with pneumatic and electro-mechanical components, their function and application.
3) Ability to understand complex specification drawings and/or pneumatic or electrical schematics.
4) Knowledge of digital protocols and fieldbus networks in the process control industry, i.e. FOUNDATION Fieldbus, HART, PROFIBUS, AS-i, etc…
5. Attitude / Personality: Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
6. Other: Candidate with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background would be preferred or with actuator relevant experience.
Preferences
