职位描述：
岗位职责：
人事工作：
1协助上级推行公司各类规章制度的实施；
2.负责人员招聘工作，员工的入离职手续办理以及相关的新员工入职培训，
3.监督员工考勤，每月核算出勤情况并报给财务；
4.负责组织策划员工的各类活动，协助上级简历企业文化；
5.管理员工信息资料、各类人事资料（劳动合同，保密协议等）、外联合同等；
行政工作：
1.负责办公用品的采购，以及水电费，物业费，电话费等缴纳工作；
2.维护公司日常办公秩序和办公环境；
3.负责管理和维护公司企业邮箱，办理商标，域名注册等事宜；
4.负责机票、车票的预定和员工福利发放，假期安排等工作。
5.认真完成上级交办的其他临时性工作。
岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，人力资源，行政管理，应用心理学或相关专业
2.1年以上人力资源管理工作经验；
3.熟悉国家的相关法律，法规，准确把握劳动法规。
4.沟通，协调，组织能力强；
5.性格活泼开朗，工作认真细心有魄力，抗压能力强，良好的责任心
