岗位职责：
1、完善公司用工制度、人事管理制度、劳动工资制度、人事档案管理制度、员工手册、培训大纲等规章制度、实施细则和人力资源部工作程序，并组织实施；
2、负责工作分析、岗位说明书与定岗定编工作，提出机构设置和岗位职责设计方案，对公司组织结构设计提出改进方案；
3、负责公司内部人力资源调配，负责开发、引进外部人才，组织实施招聘工作，并参与对应聘人员（尤其是中层以上人员）的面试筛选；
4、代表公司与员工签订各种劳动合同，以及处理各种与合同相关的事宜；负责员工的社保、公积金等工作；负责受理员工与公司劳动争议事宜并及时解决；
5、组织公司薪酬管理工作，编制公司年度薪酬计划及薪资调整方案，审核公司员工每月的工资；
6、负责制定公司员工的培训和发展计划，组织安排对员工的培训；制定公司各部门的绩效考核制度，并对考核结果做出评价；
岗位要求：
1、人力资源管理、管理类等相关专业正规全日制本科及以上学历；
2、30周岁以上，性别不限，五年以上人力资源管理工作经验，熟悉HR六大模块工作，包括至少2年以上招聘管理工作经验；有猎头、行政管理工作经验者优先考虑，有全国招聘经验尤佳；
3、具有良好的职业道德、踏实稳重、工作细心、责任心强；很强的任务实施执行的能力；有亲和力，能够激励、沟通、协调、团队工作；有较好的文字功底；
4、在医疗器械研发生产型企业相关工作经验尤佳。
