职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
- Strive for quality performance excellence at Suzhou plant through continuous improvement, implement product quality initiatives and support quality cost, lean & supplier development and quality improvement;
- Integrate team quality expertise, Lead QC team (IQC/PQC/FQC) to perform quality control activities, including products and quality documentations;
- Develop manufacturing process inspection instructions (IQC/PQC/FQC);
- Deal with product quality related customer complaint, analyze the root cause and lead improvement activities with cross-function team until improvement actions are completed;
- Deal with in-house nonconformance; lead MRB to make final decision of disposition, and support to improve supplier’s quality performance, and in-house manufacturing process quality performance;
- Collect and analyze quality performance data, identify opportunities of continuous improvement and follow up with cross functions;
- Support customer audit and internal audit, make improvements;
- Support quality system management (ISO9001:2015), and certificate application, renew, and annual audit;
- Support new product/project localization, define quality control plan (FA/IQC/PQC/FQC) and related quality control instructions;
- Coordinate with cross functions to fulfill customer expectations;

Position Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, minimum 5 years of quality control working experience in the casting and mechanical area of valve or similar industry, and 2 years as quality senior engineer or supervisor;
- High level of analytical ability of quality issue, and non-conformance;
- Proficient in quality control skills and quality management tools;
- Good written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin;
- A confident and independent person with high level of integrity and trust, good communication skills;
