职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Lead innovation projects to develop new products to meet customer needs
？ Work together with Market and Commercial team to visit customer to get clear CTQs
？ Deliver technical support to plant on critical quality issues
？ Deliver technical support to Market and commercial team for various technical data, training, customer seminar, etc.
？ Watch competitors and technology trends in emerging PA applications targeted
？ Develop and build innovation programs to differentiate company’s offer
？ Build IP portfolio to protect new businesses through innovation
？ Update and communicate the progress of innovation projects to global R&T and Market
？ Manage color development projects with color engineer;

Profile:
？ Ph.D/MS major in polymer, materials, chemistry or related fields;
？ At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development of engineering plastics;
？ Successful stories of developing new products; Able to lead project independently;
？ Strong knowledge on polymer properties, additives, reinforcement, and fillers
？ Preferably good knowledge on flame retardants and their formulation, testing, and applications
？ Preferably experience on engineering plastics compounding process
？ Preferably experience of design of experiments and statistics data analysis.
？ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
？ Proved effective communication skills;
