This position reports to Senior Business Development Manager of TP
JOB DIMENSIONS(工作维度,可就财务、产量、管理下属数量、负责的公司/工厂数目方面进行描述)
SBU: TP
Financial: New market segment development(such as Aerospace, RV,EV ):10% of total revenue. National Key Account ( Tie1 approaching include Antonlin, Yanfeng, Faurecia, Toyota Boshoku):10% growing.
Key projects delivery ratio: >30%
ACTIVITIES(工作行为,主要指日常的,具有代表性的工作行为)
-- New market segment development To explore the new business opportunities in emerging markets such as Aerospace, RV,EV. track new launched product/business and attrition
--National Key Account management Coordinate the internal and external resource to integrate the existing national Tie1 key accounts . make them national synergy to improve the business growth
-- Defeating competition by identifying the needs of segmented customers, developing and delivering unique value & solution.
-Others:
Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure遵守公司的健康安全环境质量方针政策,规章制度
Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ及时汇报健康安全环境质量的隐患或事故,提出建议
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT(工作内容及环境,包括是否需要国内/外出差、内部及外部主要联系人等)
- This position needs travel very often
- This position needs work with also the sales team and TS with good communication skill
- This position is under the pressure of fast growing for the business.
ACCOUNTABILITIES(主要职责,指职位本身所需要承担的责任或义务)
- Find out new promising market with professional product and application linked to our key competitive technologies
- Seek the qualified channel to implement the emerging market approaching
- Identify changes in customer’s needs and competitive trends for value proposition and delivery.
-Integrate and coordinate the resources to national key accounts business growth.
- Coordinator with your manager on key new business projects.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED(能力/经验要求,此岗位具体的学历、经验及各项能力要求)
- Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, engineering, sales & marketing or business management.
- Substantial knowledge and experience in transportation special in auto tie supplier market;
- At least 5 years’ industrial selling experience with similar size and impressive record of achieving targets;
- Good command of English in both oral and written
- Strong business sense: Excellent sales and interpersonal skills; Customer focus.
