SITUATION IN ORGANISATION(组织内汇报关系)

Report to Customer Service Supervisor
JOB DIMENSIONS(工作维度,可就财务、产量、管理下属数量、负责的公司/工厂数目方面进行描述)
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Planning, Lgistics, Procurement, Tech. QA and plant production department to meet customer’s requirements both from Inquiry to Order and from Order to Cash.
ACTIVITIES(工作行为,主要指日常的,具有代表性的工作行为)
1. Timely & accurate sales order processing, incl. order review, contract confirmation and filing, price verify, credit status checking,order booking and so on.
2. Follow up planning with plant , send order confirmation to customer as per SLA agreed.
3. Follow up production progress, e.g.PO confirmation, credit status and price review,customer special requirements…etc.
4. Monitor customer consignment stock, arrange stock transfer timely and responsible for regular stock counting
5. Follow up customer down payment, AR, overdue and solve credit block issue together with Sales and Finance
6. Prepare docs and send shipping instruction, incl. Imp & Exp shipment and domestic transportation. Follow up shipping status, send relevant docs to customers and solve any discrepancy.
7. Follow up Sales rebate review and implement as per agreement and DOA
8. Clean billing block issue and maintain delivery precision report as per SOP
9. Support new product launching plan (FOC samples, customer special requirement for package solutions)
10. Update product price list in SAP on monthly basis
11. Support for Customer Claim handling, coordinate with relevant department for responsibility assignment, following the investigation report and feedback to customer,implement compensation process basing on DOA
12. Coordinate Master Data maintain, such as new product /new customer creation, update product/customer information.
13. Summarize daily operation tips, and support SOP continuous improvement
14. Support Customer bidding docs preparation or supplier evaluation request
15. Weekly CS KPI update as per assignment and sharing plan
16. Weekly or monthly Sales Report, such as sales volume, samples,KA reports,claim resolution and so on.
17. Support Customer satisfaction survey, VOA analyze and follow up
18. Other tasks assigned by manager
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT(工作内容及环境,包括是否需要国内/外出差、内部及外部主要联系人等)
Located in Changshu office, communicates with sales, customer, planning, logistics, procurement, QA and etc.
Business trip on regular basis is planned to headquarter in Shanghai or other plants to support individual development training or team meeting.
ACCOUNTABILITIES(主要职责,指职位本身所需要承担的责任或义务)
1. Ensure Sales Order Accuracy as per KPI
2. Follow up OTIF target and report the reason for not meet customer request
3. AR and Slow moving stock control
4. Sales forecast collection and review to support safety stock preparation
5. Sales support assignment as per SLA
6. Customer complaint handling and resolution
7. Customer satisfaction survey and monitor
8. Follow company policy and DOA to support business
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED(能力/经验要求,此岗位具体的学历、经验及各项能力要求)
1. Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics, international trade or the other commercial related majors,
2. About 3 years working experience in customer service with multiple-company, familiar with imp & exp operation
3. Customer focus,good communication skills and team work spirit
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure
5. Self-motivated, Innovative and high integrity
6. Good oral and written English,CET-4 or above
7. SAP experience is preferred
8. Good skills in microsoft tools
