Peak Scientific Instruments, a fast–growing company specialising in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market is looking to recruit a Service Sales Manager.
We are global market leaders in the design, manufacture and servicing of instrument gas generators for analytical laboratories. With over a decade of sustained high growth and an international footprint of 370 staff across 20 countries, Peak is one of Scotland’s fastest growing manufacturing businesses; a status recognised recently with the accolade of being one of only two companies in the UK to be awarded two Queens Awards for Enterprise in 2016, one of which was for our service offering.

Reporting to National Service Manager, this role will be based in Shanghai and involve extensive travel within China.

Main Job functions:
? Leads and coaches Service Sales team to provide valuable and satisfying service product solution to clients
? Makes and promotes service marketing and service sales strategy
? Manages service sales pipeline and achieves team target
? Understands competitive environments, improves connected and unconnected client’s relationship, increases client stickiness and enlarges new client
? Develops install base and increases SVC connect rate and service marketing share
? Maintains and strengthen business cooperation with OEM

Skills required:
? Self-motivated and result oriented
? Good services solutions and consultant selling
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
? Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
? In-depth knowledge on industrial. e.g. Lab of government, institute, colleague and companies on pharmacy.
? Good English capacity, both written and orals
? Advanced PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office products

Experience
? 3+ years of services solutions and consultant selling.
? 2+ years of people management experience.

Education
             Bachelor degree or above.
