岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Analyzing and evaluating the logistic structures and processes in the QM (Quality Management) area

2. Deriving and prioritizing suggested improvements for reorganization in line with SAP and optimization of existing business processes in the QM (Quality Management) area

3. Redesigning, harmonizing and standardizing processes in the SAP system in the QM (Quality Management) area

4. Carrying out agreement processes in the QM (Quality Management) area

5. Comparison of project procedures with those from other organizational structures

6. Analyzing the functionalities of various SAP modules, taking the interfaces between the SAP modules into particular consideration

7. Preparing and implementing test scenarios, as well as preparing decision-related documents and Change Requests in the QM (Quality Management) area

8. Controlling project implementation in the QM (Quality Management) area

9. Identifying and implementing rationalization measures within the course of CIP

10. Preparing, coordinating and implementing training measures in the QM (Quality Management) area

11. Preparing current process procedures, as well as recording Hella requirements for mapping in the SAP System in the QM (Quality Management) area

12. Involvement in process forming in the QM (Quality Management) area

13. Preparation of documentation and process diagrams in the QM (Quality Management) area

14. Support of key user in SAP QM (Quality Management) area.

15. Handling other project tasks in the QM (Quality Management) area

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. University degree, majored in Computer Science/Software is preferred

2. More than 3-year experience in SAP QM module

3. Good English
