Job Summary:
Responsiblefor the achievement of targeted China Control sales drving, revenue and gross GM about 15$m, market share, and BAS/HVAC project growth initiatives within the assigned geographic territory.
Responsibilities:
- Provideleadership for the marketing and sales process by MCS, the development and implementationof coordinated local marketing and sales plans, consumer impact programs, training,and business development activity.
- Champion the Intentional Sales on Chiller Plant control with NE team.
- SalesLeader will effectively utilize employee development tools, to make sure lead districts sales team to buildup selling force and solution of controls..
- Establish,monitor and execute implementation plans for key objectives . Key objectives/metricsinclude: Mix, Growth,andTechnical excellence implementation and goals
- Responsible for Qualifiied fulfilllment with cross function team. and customer -oriented and delivery reneuve.
- Responsible for developing key industry relationships within local markets. and Key project selling focus, especially on BAS and HVAC control..
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree preferred
- 10 years of HVAC industry sales and/or BAS experience
- Overall knowledge of HVAC distribution and dealer sales, service, installation
