职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 产能评估，资源优化，持续改善生产效率，协助生产线解决问题；
2、 制订标准工时，人员定额，作为厂区效率改善，成本评估之依据；
3、 规划工厂布置，优化物流，增加空间利用率，优化流水线物流，合理安排流水线，发挥最大效能；
4、 动作研究，改善作业方式及线平衡，提升作业效率，减少材料报废；
5、 标准化分析研究(操作分析，流程分析)，确定标准化流程，提高管理效率；
6、 制造成本分析，降低报废成本，制造成本。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，工业工程类相关专业；  
2、3年以上工程和质量工作经验，或5年以上电子生产管理经验；  
3、大型制造企业2年以上IE改善工作经验，具备现代企业管理理念；  
4、具有深厚的IE技术功底，在现场效率提升方面有相当的经验；  
5、具有较强的逻辑思维、综合分析能力、沟通协调能力和主动性。 举报 分享
